Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with every package within 50 km of Millet.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Devon, Millet, Wetaskiwin, Calmar, Thorsby, Camrose, and surrounding Alberta communities. Locations beyond 50 km of Millet may be available for an additional travel fee.

Do you set up and take down?

Yes. Our team handles the full installation at your venue and returns to collect everything after your event so you can focus on celebrating.

Can I use the flower wall outdoors?

Indoor setups are strongly encouraged. Outdoor setups may only be considered on flat, dry, sheltered surfaces and are subject to weather approval. We do not set up in rain, mud, high wind, or any unsafe conditions.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit secures your date and triggers sourcing of your selected inventory. Final balance is due before the event.

What happens if the selected wall or sign cannot arrive in time?

If supplier timing cannot support your event date, your deposit will be fully refunded. Alternatively, we'll offer you an available substitute from our collection.

Can I choose any wall and sign combination?

Yes. Any of our five flower walls can be paired with any of our five neon signs. Mix and match to fit your event.

Do you offer custom neon signs?

Not at this time. We offer our five signature signs: Better Together, Oh Baby, Happily Ever After, Bride to Be, and Let's Party.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to confirm your date and ensure your selected inventory can be sourced in time. Shorter notice may be possible depending on supplier availability.

Are the prices final?

Our package prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on your event date, location, setup complexity, travel distance, and supplier timing. You'll receive a written quote before any deposit is collected.

What happens if the venue needs pickup the same night?

Same-night pickup is available and may carry a late-night service fee depending on the time. Just let us know on your request form and we'll quote it in writing.
